There is a system tool designed for the sole ability to track online users of your choice . To let you know when , how long and where they are at online in real time with out them knowing about it. If you had this ability and this tool what would you use it for? Because it does exist and someone may be using it to track you ! Have you ever been in a private chat room or conference and suddenly someone just barged in and you wonderd how they got there? Well IUTS is how , a very powerful internet tracking system much like the password vindicator. If you are interested in such systems answer the poll below first.

How it works : when programmed with the seeking and recieving e-mails or ip's the IUTS is downloaded to your PC (224k) .It does not become active until the first time you restart your PC (requires restart).Every time your PC goes online IUTS waits 10 minutes then contacts it's boss server (the real program is huge) with your seeker info.When the boss finds your seeker it will immediately e-mail you @ your e-mail that your target is online and where (http://) your target is currently residing.IUTS will e-mail every time the target moves to a new address with that address every 10-15 minutes to reduce e-mail volume (some people surf really fast).When your target goes offline IUTS will notify you as well with the ending address and time of departure.IUTS operates fully automatically and does not affect any running programs.

From the time you get on line til the time you log off IUTS only runs from 10-30 seconds total , no matter how long you have been on line. That is why your system resources are never affected because the program only runs near the beginning of your log in and at the end of your online status.

If you are interested in getting this software , you must agree to never use it against any terms of agreement of any service provider.

Instructions to program IUTS

Follow directions carefully. This is case sensitive.

(1) You need a valid e-mail address , preferbly one that alerts you to incoming e-mails in real time.Also be sure to have at least 500k availible in your mailbox at all times .Especially if you have more than one target.

(2) Put your E-mail (where you wish to recieve) in the FROM: field. Next put this code into the SUBJECT: field IUTSPGMCL .Next put the e-mail address or ip address of your target/s into the BODY: field. You must separate each with a comma EX--> john@yahell.com , 54.254.215.103 , jane@JOHell.com .ONLY THREE TARGETS CAN BE PROGRAMMED AT ONE TIME! NO MORE. Now check to make absolutely everything is correct in the feedback form .Then check it again .Then press the SUBMIT FEEDBACK button. Click PROGRAM DATA to begin.

(3) If your e-mail is valid the IUTS server boss may e-mail you a confirm notice , and it may not .Depending on its current usage at times of volume it does not confirm due to priorty service. However server confirmation is not crucial

(4) When the file download window comes up choose the (save) option and the download should begin.

(5) Please also note where the file is going during transfer . If you happen to lose the file its name is iutssver4.exe you can use the find files or folders in your Start menu to find.

(6) When you find the file double click on it to open , you should also scan the file with your virus scanner , however there are no viruses or malicous content in this program but if you have a virus program it would not hurt to scan it before opening it.
